The romantic element was far more pronounced in this book than in the previous two. I could hardly stand it. Other than the romance element, the rest seemed to be more of the same without progressing enough in the story line to hold my interest. Too bad; the first two books showed a lot of promise for the series. I'm unsure if I'll continue when the next one is released.
