This wins the prize for the most disgusting thing I ever read. At the start I was afraid it would be nothing but disgusting. But if you're able to stomach the cannibalism (pun intended) then you'll find a unique story of a serial killer in the making who is desperately trying to find a cure for his condition before he reaches the point of no return. This was my first experience with Wrath James White and he thoroughly kicked my ass.
