This was just an awesome story. Simple as that. The protagonist was very likable as were a number of other characters like Leon, whom I would love to have coldbeer with despite all the man's flaws. This book had no trouble fitting in the horror genre but it also excelled as a mystery. I didn't know wtf was going on until near the end but the path leading there was brilliant, engrossing, and full of surprises.Highly recommended.
